<<  PREVIOUS PHASE : Encourage/give (friendly) advice to visa worker to commit fraud
In previous phase, you've learnt what trick scammers play to prevent visa workers from blowing the whistle or coming forward as a witness against the scammer.

SCAMMERS THREATEN, SCARE & SILENCE VISA WORKERS

This scam is very difficult-to-understand. It contains more than 25 pages. To understand this scam completely, please start from Content.

In this phase, you will learn how scammers prevent visa workers to blow whistle about this scam and come forward to act as a witness against scammers.

For any trapped visa workers, it is almost impossible to resign from the company because scammers don’t want any trapped visa workers to leave the company. But some courageous visa workers resign & leave the company after understanding the tricks of scammers and its dire consequences on their (visa workers) career & life.

However, after any visa worker resigns & asks their balance money (millions of dollars), scammers call visa worker to office on some pretext like making payment plan for balance money. But the real purpose of scammers is to threaten, scare & silence visa worker.

What scammers do in this phase?
As per rumor, scammers call visa worker into office on the pretext of making payment plan for balance money. But when visa worker goes to office, scammers give the list of all fraudulent & illegal activities, which visa workers had committed during employment on scammers encouragement or advice.

If visa worker hadn’t committed any fraud during employment, then scammers give the list of relevant visa abuses & violations, which scammers have done to get H1B visa approved.

After giving the list, scammers advise visa worker not to ask balance money, otherwise they (scammers) will send this list to US visa law enforcement agencies & get the visa worker deported.

Being on H1B visa, these threats are enough for any H1B visa workers to comply with every condition of scammers. Scammers also threaten visa worker not to report anything about this scam to any visa law enforcement agencies.

What happens in this phase?
In this phase, as per rumor, scammers do everything (which scammers can do), to prevent visa workers from asking their balance money (millions of dollars) from scammers. Scammers also ensure that visa workers shouldn't remain in a position to blow the whistle, so that this perfect scam can continue forever, undetected.

You might be wondering, if scammers return entire visa fee to visa workers along with first paycheck, then how come scammers don’t want to return this balance money.

Scammers return visa fee because it is illegal to take visa fee. If any visa worker will complain to USCIS, then scammers will be punished and sent to jail.
However, this is not the case of balance money. Scammers take this money by lying & using cheap tricks to visa worker. So there is no way visa worker can get this money by complaining to anyone.

Moreover, scammers does all visa abuses, violations, cheating & fraud and take all (jail-going) risks to get H1B visa approved, so scammers think that they only have the rights on this balance money.

Nobody knows what happens inside office, but the rumor is that, when visa worker goes to scammers office after resignation, scammer scares visa worker by threatening that scammer will inform visa law enforcement agencies about all fraudulent & illegal activities of visa worker and get him/her (visa worker) deported.

Once visa worker gets scared, scammers ask visa workers not to ask for the balance money. In return, scammers assure that they won’t inform fraudulent & illegal activities of visa workers to anyone, and in return scammers put some conditions (favorable to scammers) to visa worker and ask visa worker to accept those conditions.

Advantage scammers:
Based on the situation and extent of visa worker’s fear, scammers put more conditions. For example, if visa worker has committed some serious fraud on the advice of scammers, then scammers can blackmail visa worker & ask for additional money, sexual favors, help to bring his/her friend into this trap etc.

How scammers make H1B visa worker a partner-in-scam?
After trapping H1B visa worker in its net, scammers always encourage or give friendly advice to H1B visa worker to commit fraud or illegal activities.
