This blog has been created to bring out the closely-guarded & almost impossible-to-understand TRICKS OF SCAMMERS, which scammers use to trap visa workers in USA. This blog is my small effort to make visa workers aware of this perfect scam & save visa workers from getting trapped into this dangerous scam.

Before I proceed further, I pray to GOD to save all visa workers from getting trapped into this dangerous scam. I can feel the pain of all those victims, who has come to USA to work and got trapped in this dangerous scam.
I'll be very happy, if any visa workers will be saved from getting trapped into this dangerous scam due to this blog.

PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG-SERIES

There are 2 main purposes of this blog-series (one for visa workers & one for US Govt visa law enforcement agencies):

1. To save visa workers from getting trapped into this perfect & dangerous scam by enlisting the tricks of scammers & by explaining the various phases of this scam.
2. To make US Govt visa law enforcement agencies aware of the tricks of scammers, so that they can take suitable action and save unsuspecting visa workers from getting trapped into this dangerous scam.

Since the introduction of H1B visa program, cat & mouse game is going on between US Govt visa law enforcement agencies & crooked H1B visa scammers.
Every year, US Govt agencies nab & punish many H1B visa scammers for visa abuses, violations, cheating & fraud. No matter what tricks these visa scammers played, they always got caught due to the imperfections in their (scammers) plan.
But, some scammers carefully analyzed those imperfections & worked hard to remove those imperfections. Since last 2 years, these scammers have come up with an unimaginably perfect & extremely dangerous H1B visa scam.

UNIMAGINABLY PERFECT H1B VISA SCAM
(Impossible to understand, impossible to detect & impossible to bust)

The tricks of scammers are so perfect that no one (not even victims & not any investigators) can understand the whole scam easily.
If, by any remote chance, any investigators understand the whole scam & nab scammers, it is almost impossible to punish scammers.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS H1B VISA SCAM
(Impossible to come out of this trap after visa workers get trapped)

It’s not only an unimaginably PERFECT but extremely DANGEROUS H1B visa scam. Once any visa worker gets trapped in this scam, there is no way the victims can come out of this trap.
Scammers trap visa workers so tightly that the victims (visa workers) don't remain in a position to blow the whistle about this scam or to come forward & act as a witness against these scammers.
For their entire life, these hapless victims (visa workers) remain trapped & become vulnerable to blackmailing & exploitation by scammers.

Though US Govt agencies successfully busted some of the H1B visa scams but those scams were being executed imperfectly by failed scammers. No US Govt agencies can understand & bust this perfect scam, which is being executed by expert scammers.

You must be wondering, why some scammers get nabbed but others don't get nabbed even though both types of scammers use similar tricks?
Though both expert scammers & failed scammers use similar tricks, but there are 2 tricks which only expert scammers follow (failed scammers don't follow).
Simply by following these 2 tricks, expert scammers never get caught. Since failed scammers don't follow these 2 tricks, so they (failed scammers) always get caught and punished.

Here are those 2 tricks which expert scammers follow but failed scammers don't follow:
1st TRICK:
Revert back all illegal activities, visa abuses, visa violations, fraud & cheating immediately after scammers purpose is served.

2nd TRICK:
Make victims (visa workers) partner-in-crime. Once visa worker is made partner-in-scam, then none of the victims (visa workers) will dare to blow the whistle about the scam (scam will never be busted) or come forward and act as a witness against these scammers (scammers will never be punished).
