| In this annexure, you will know the reasons of why failed scammers get nabbed but expert scammers don't get nabbed even though both types of scammers use similar tricks.
The reason is the following 2 tricks which expert scammers follow but failed scammers don't follow, due to which expert scammers never get nabbed & punished.

Expert scammers do visa abuses, violations, cheating & fraud but revert all those illegal activities back immediately after their purpose is met.
After reversal (of illegal activities), there is no way these scammers can be nabbed & punished.

Failed scammers don't revert back visa abuses, violations, cheating fraud etc. after their purpose is met.
So, they not only always get nabbed, but they always get punished whenever they get caught by visa law enforcement agencies.

| Make visa workers partner-in- crime This is very important for visa workers to understand. |
Expert scammers make visa worker partner in scam.
Scammers always encourage or give friendly advice to visa workers or create a situation which forces visa workers to commit some fraud during employment. Once visa worker commits any fraud, then visa worker become an accomplice in the scam.
Using this trick, scammers prevent visa worker to blow the whistle about the scam or come forward to act as a witness against scammers.
So, even if visa law enforcement agencies will nab scammers, they won't find any witness against the scammers.

Failed scammers don't make visa worker partner in crime. So visa workers never get trapped by scammers.
So, whenever visa workers notice any illegal activities inside the company, they blow the whistle & willingly come forward as a witness against scammer & its company.

The above 2 tricks make expert scammers safe from getting nabbed & punished, because 1. Firstly, scammers revert back all illegal activities & 2. Secondly, scammers make the victims a partner-in-crime. Thus scammers do not leave trail of their (scammers) illegal or fraudulent activities and do not leave any of their (scammers) victims in a position to blow the whistle about this scam or come forward to act as a witness against scammers. |
