PHASE-2B
TAKE MONEY FROM H1B VISA WORKERS FOR TRANSFERRING H1B VISA PETITION

<< PREVIOUS PHASE : Take money from non-H1B visa workers for new H1B visa petition
In previous phase, you’ve learnt how scammers trap non-H1B visa workers in their net by taking money for filing new H1B visa petition.
You've also learnt that scammers do not take this money directly as "Visa Fee". Rather, just to fool everyone and to avoid detection for this crime, scammers take visa fee indirectly as some kind of (like Personal/Training/Security etc) "Deposit or Fee".
You've also got an idea of how scammers use this same money to blackmail non-H1B visa worker to sign backdated offer letter, which scammers give to non-H1B Visa worker after the approval of H1B visa petition.

MAKE WORKERS PARTNER-IN-CRIME EVEN BEFORE JOINING

This scam is very difficult-to-understand. It contains more than 25 pages. To understand this scam completely, please start from Content.

In this phase, you’ll learn :
How scammers take visa fee from H1B visa worker by using 2 methods: Indirect method & Illegal Trick method. Scammers take some money by indirect method and rest of the money by illegal trick method. (Scammers method to take money by using illegal trick will, certainly, blow your mind).
How scammers cheat USCIS, Visa worker and Project client to get money using illegal trick for H1B visa transfer.
How scammers make H1B visa worker a partner-in-scam before even H1B visa workers join the company.

What scammers do in this phase?
Scammers take some money (visa fee) by indirect method & rest of the visa fee by illegal trick method from H1 visa worker for H1B visa.
Scammers get money by committing visa abuses, cheating & fraud.
Scammers successfully cheat H1B visa workers, Project clients & USCIS.

In this phase, scammers take visa fee from H1B visa workers using 2 methods:
➤   Indirect Method &
➤   Illegal Trick Method.

Since H1B visa worker is not as desperate as other visa workers (L1A, L1B, H4 etc) to get H1B visa, so the rumor is that scammers take some amount (varies from $3000 to $5000) using Indirect Method & rest of the money by using Illegal Trick Method (by lying, cheating & fraud).

It seems that scammers take money by using Illegal Trick Method, because money taken by Indirect Method is not enough to trap H1B visa workers.

The way scammers take visa fee by using Illegal Trick Method is mind-boggling.

To get visa fee by using Illegal Trick Method, the rumor is that scammers send H1B visa workers to work at client place 3 weeks before filing H1B visa petition to USCIS.
It is illegal to send any H1B visa workers to work at client place before sending H1B visa petition.

Scammers 3 tricks of lying, fraud & cheating:
LYING:
To take visa fee by illegal trick methods and to make visa workers partner-in-crime, rumor is that scammers lie H1B visa workers that company has filed the H1B visa petition and send H1B visa workers to work at client place. Scammers do this some weeks before actually filing H1B visa transfer petition to USCIS and keep the salary of these weeks as visa fee.
Thus, by lying, scammers take at least $15000 as visa fee and also make visa workers partner-in-scam even before visa workers join the company.

FRAUD:
Rumor is even though scammers don’t give current-dated offer letter to H1B visa worker & don’t file H1B visa transfer petition to USCIS, but scammers sign all contract documents with client by fraudulently claiming to client that H1B visa worker is their (scammers) employee.

CHEATING:
Rumor is that the scammers photoshop or fraudulently sign offer letter (in place of visa worker) & send it to USCIS along with H1B transfer petition. In offer letter, scammers mention joining date some weeks after H1B visa workers actually start working for scammers at client place.

Thus scammers cheat both USCIS and H1B visa worker.

Scammers never pay the salary of these 3 weeks to H1B visa worker. Using these illegal tricks, scammers take rest of visa fee from H1B visa workers. And in this process, make the unsuspecting H1B visa workers partner-in-crime.

When H1B visa workers ask these 3 weeks of salary, then scammers use different excuses to visa workers.

All other steps in this phase is similar to PHASE-2A.
