In this annexure, I have explained those tricks, which scammers use to take visa fee from H1B visa workers for transferring H1B visa petition.

Scammers tricks of taking visa fee from H1B visa workers are truly mind-blowing. By using tricks, scammers not only get huge amount as visa fee but also make unsuspecting H1B visa workers partner-in-crime even before visa workers join scammers company.

Unlike other visa workers (L1A, L1B, H4, B1, OPT, CPT etc), H1B visa workers are not so desperate for H1B visa. Hence, it seems that H1B visa workers are not willing to give heavy amount for H1B visa.
For scammers, this small amount might not be enough to trap H1B visa workers. So, to trap H1B visa workers more tightly, scammers use illegal trick method.

Illegal Trick Method : VERY DANGEROUS for H1B Visa Workers

What happens in illegal trick method?
In illegal trick method, as per rumor, scammers send H1B visa workers to work at client place even before they (scammers) file H1B visa petition to USCIS.
It means, scammers send visa worker to work at client place even before visa worker joins the scammers company.
There are no direct coordination among Visa workers, Project client and USCIS.
Scammers take advantage of the lack of direct coordination among 3 separate entities (USCIS, Project Client & Visa workers) and pull off this scam.

How scammers cheat H1B visa workers
As per rumor, scammers lie H1B visa workers that their (visa workers) H1B visa petition has been filed to USCIS and they (visa workers) can start working at the client’s place. But, in reality, scammers don’t file the H1B visa petition to USCIS until after 3 weeks.

How scammers cheat project client
As per rumor, scammers tell project client that the H1B visa worker is their (scammers)  employee and can legally work. But, in reality, visa worker has still not become the employee of scammers, because scammers have not filed the H1B visa petition to USCIS.

No one doubt scammers fraudulent intentions:
It seems that neither client nor visa workers doubt scammers fraudulent intentions and falsely assumes that scammers is telling the truth.

USCIS is out of picture at this stage:
USCIS does not come into picture till scammers file H1B visa petition so USCIS never knows about these tricks of scammers.
Thus, scammers takes advantage of lack of coordination of three entities: USCIS, Visa worker & End Client.

Also, since scammers send visa worker to work at the client's place before filing the H1B visa petition, so scammers are not legally bound to give salary to visa workers for these weeks.
Visa workers can’t complain to any visa law enforcement agencies to get the salary of these weeks from scammers, because legally visa worker has not become an employee of scammers.
Unfortunately, there is no way these visa workers can get the salary of these weeks from scammers. Moreover, unknowingly, these unsuspecting visa workers have been made partner-in-crime by these scammers.

Double loss for H1B visa workers:
Thus, it's double loss for H1B visa workers.
Firstly, visa workers do not get salary from scammers for those weeks &
Secondly, these unsuspecting H1B visa workers have been made partner-in-crime by these scammers even before visa workers join scammers company.

SCAMMERS 3 TRICKS OF LYING, FRAUD & CHEATING:
LYING:
Legally, scammers can send H1B visa worker to work at client place only after filing of H1B visa transfer petition to USCIS.
It is illegal to send H1B visa worker to work at client place before filing H1B visa transfer petition.
As per rumor, scammers send H1B visa workers to work at client place some weeks before filing H1B visa transfer petition to USCIS and use the salary of these weeks as trapping tool for visa workers.

Scammers lie to visa worker that the company has filed H1B visa transfer petition to USCIS and send H1B visa worker to work at client place without even filing the H1B visa petition to USCIS.
Thus, by lying, scammers get at least $8000 as visa fee and also make visa worker a partner-in-crime even before visa workers join the company.

FRAUD:
Though scammers don’t give offer letter to H1B visa worker & don’t file H1B visa transfer petition to USCIS, but a
s per rumor, scammers sign all contract documents with client by falsely claiming to client that H1B visa worker is their employee.

CHEATING:
As per rumor, scammers photoshop or fraudulently sign offer letter & send it to USCIS along with H1B transfer petition. In offer letter, scammers mention joining date some weeks after H1B visa workers actually start working for scammers at client place.

Thus it seems, scammers cheat both USCIS and H1B visa worker.
